About CRM Hike
CRM Hike is a lean, agile CRM platform built to help startups and small teams grow smarter and faster. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to help us acquire high-quality leads and scale paid campaigns across key channels.
What You'll Do:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others where people still look at ads).
• Drive quality lead generation while improving CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data, track attribution (via UTM, GA4, HubSpot or similar), and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad assets.
• Monitor budgets and propose spend adjustments based on performance.
What We're Looking For (You, hopefully):
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns.
• Proven track record of not just spending budgets, but spending them well.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Manager and other digital ad platforms.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (GA4, HubSpot, etc.).
• Creative testing mindset with a sharp eye for messaging and funnel optimization.
• Self-starter attitude, comfortable with autonomy and remote collaboration.
What You'll Get:
• Remote-first and flexible work style.
• Direct impact on growth strategy in an early-stage SaaS product.
• Work closely with founders and the core team.
• Competitive project-based compensation with potential retainer opportunities.
